Technical Submission Guidelines for Spotlight Talks

To ensure smooth playback during plenary sessions, kindly follow these specifications for your video submission:

1. Format: MP4 (preferred), AVI or MOV also acceptable.

2. Resolution: Minimum 720p HD (1280×720); Recommended 1080p Full HD (1920×1080).

3. Duration: Strictly 5 minutes.

4. File Size: Should not exceed 300 MB.

5. Audio Quality: Ensure clear voice recording (avoid background noise).

6. Recording Tools: You may record using PowerPoint, Zoom, or any professional video editor—feel free to be creative.

7. Naming Convention: Save the file as YourName_SpotlightTalkTitle.mp4.

• Present an original idea, perspective, insight, or innovation grounded in your own work, research, or experience.

• All content must be your own original work. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without proper acknowledgment will lead to rejection

• Ensure content is authentic and free of plagiarism. Properly acknowledge collaborators or prior work if referenced.

• Avoid promotional content (institutional or commercial).
